The Tennessee Lives Count III (TLCIII) project is funded by a grant (#SM060375-01) from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA),U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (TDMHSAS) is the recipient of this grant made possible through the Garrett Lee Smith Memorial Act of 2004.  The TLCIII project is collaboratively implemented with the Mental Health America of Middle Tennessee, Centerstone Research Institute, Youth Villages and the Tennessee Suicide Prevention Network.
